Qualifications

• Proficient with desktops/tablets/smartphones and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit consistent relationship building with customers and match needs to Seacoast Bank products.
• Prepare for customer interactions and build rapport.
• Explain bank products and services clearly and confidently.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and escalate issues when needed.
• Balance cash drawer daily and follow bank policies.
• Oversee branch operations and maintain audit/compliance readiness.
