• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily Teller operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Monitors vault operations, balancing, cash ordering, and buy/sell transactions.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates with Teller staff for assessments.
• Assists with informal training for new hires.
• Provides day-to-day operational guidance and coaching with management support.
• Promotes products and services and makes referrals to departments.
• Maintains positive relations with customers and prospects.
• Handles escalated customer service issues and ensures timely resolution.
• Prepares daily/monthly reports (currency activity, end-of-month, etc.).
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to bank policies.
