Job summary

Cuvo Health is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to safeguard our MSO-based telehealth framework across the United States. You will work with legal counsel, physician leadership, and Brand Partner operations to ensure regulatory and FMV compliance as the company scales.

The role sits at the intersection of healthcare law, regulatory compliance, and rapid growth, requiring proactive audits, policy development, and collaboration with external counsel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, public health, or legal field.
• 5+ years in healthcare compliance, preferably with MSO/telehealth experience.
• Deep understanding of CPOM, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and HIPAA.
• Experience with multi-state regulatory variations and audits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor federal and state healthcare regulations affecting MSO structures and CPOM across states.
• Maintain compliance calendar with deadlines, licenses, and credentialing.
• Conduct quarterly audits of Brand Partner agreements and payment methodologies.
• Review Brand Partner & Master Services Agreements for compliance and autonomy provisions.
• Oversee 50-state physician licensing, credentialing, and DEA registrations.
• Develop compliance guidance for Brand Partners and provide onboarding training.
• Prepare quarterly compliance reports for leadership; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with external law firms on complex regulatory questions.
