Qualifications

• One year of experience in a health care field that demonstrates the ability to perform the work
• Four academic years above high school leading to a bachelor's degree with courses related to the occupation
• Equivalent combination of experience and education are qualifying for entry level for which both education and experience are acceptable

Responsibilities

• Provide high level technical, administrative, and operational support for telehealth services
• Deliver established competency-based telehealth training for clinicians and staff
• Support clinical telehealth encounters at patient and provider locations as tele-presenter
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot telehealth technology
• Coordinate scheduling and workload for telehealth clinics and complex programs
• Assist in development and execution of performance improvement activities
