Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, review and schedule complex telecom work requests.
• Evaluate interrelationships between equipment, circuits and software for compatibility.
• Install, modify, repair and maintain voice and data telecom systems.
• Move and install telephones, jacks and terminals as needed.
• Troubleshoot systems, perform diagnostics, replace wiring or equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure customer needs are met.
• Serve as a resource and liaison for staff and external partners.
• Maintain production records, logs and inventory for telecom needs.
