Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS.
• 7+ years' experience in telecommunications systems administration.
• Proven expertise with PBX, VoIP and UC platforms (Cisco CallManager/Avaya/Teams).
• Strong networking knowledge (SIP/H.323/TCP-IP).
• Experience with monitoring, scripting and automation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
