Qualifications

• LEVEL 2: 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors; 0 years with Masters.
• LEVEL 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors; 3 years with Masters.
• LEVEL 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors; 7 years with Masters.
• Analytical and research skills to evaluate policy impacts.
• Ability to communicate complex policy issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with DoW spectrum/space policy and initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, review, and coordination of telecommunications-related policies.
• Ensure policies are clear and aligned with external guidance (e.g., DoW, Executive Orders).
• Analyze internal and external telecommunications documents to assess policy impacts.
• Prepare reports, briefs, and presentations for leadership on policy issues and compliance.
• Translate technical findings into actionable policy recommendations for non-technical audiences.
