Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise technical strategy for telecommunications architecture and roadmaps.
• Lead flagship capital initiatives in high-visibility modernization projects.
• Champion emerging technologies (fiber optics, RF/microwave, advanced networks) for grid modernization.
• Represent the agency in partnerships with utilities, federal agencies, and vendors.
• Shape standards, governance, and construction guidelines for programs.
