Job summary

7-Eleven in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Telecom Provisioning Analyst to lead a team of provisioning professionals, coordinate carrier orders, and ensure timely turn-up of voice, data, and broadband services across a multi-site retail network.

You will manage KPIs, SLAs, and vendor performance, partner with Retail Operations and IT teams, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery while balancing hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large enterprise, retail, multi-site, or distributed operations environments.
• Experience managing telecommunications services across hundreds or thousands of locations.
• Strong understanding of telecom services, carrier ordering processes, vendor management, and service delivery operations.

• Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs, SLAs, productivity, order cycle times, backlog, service quality, and vendor performance metrics.

• Act as the primary escalation point for provisioning, carrier, and service delivery issues.
• Perform provisioning of voice, data, internet, wireless, SIP, toll-free, and broadband services.
