Job summary

The Judge Group in Lincoln, NE is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, direct and coordinate project management activities for designated projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget. You will work closely with clients, lead project teams and report to the Lead IT Project Manager.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or technical degree and 5+ years of PM experience, including Agile SDLC and PMI‑style practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Computer Science/Software Development/Project Management (or equivalent combination of education and minimum 5+ years Project Management experience).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing projects/software development utilizing Agile SDLC.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Experience with PMI methodologies and leading IT/ERP projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate project management activities to meet goals within timeframe and requirements.
• Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget and scope; prepare reports for portfolio and upper management.
• Lead and direct project teams; empower and influence others; maintain strong client-facing communication.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders; perform gap analyses and evaluate vendor products.
• Oversee execution of project tasks, monitor performance and manage risks and changes.
