Granite delivers advanced communications and technology solutions to clients across the United States. We seek a qualified Project Coordinator with 5–10 years of industry experience in structured cabling, including Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber, plus related systems like Wireless, CCTV, and AV.

The role involves coordinating nationwide projects with remote installation teams. Travel and after-hours work may be needed to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Requires 4 year college degree or military experience, or 5 years’ telecom project mgmt experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project).
• Familiar with Adobe Acrobat and able to coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination of structured cabling projects.
• Communicate with customers and partners.
• Manage project budgets and purchase orders.
• Coordinate Granite subcontractors and assemble project deliverables.
• Lead kickoff and close-out calls with customers.
• Occasional after-hours work and travel may be required.
