Job summary

Granite Telecommunications in Quincy, MA is seeking a Project Coordinator with 5+ years of telecom infrastructure project management experience to coordinate structured cabling deployments, wireless, CCTV, and AV systems. You will work closely with remote installation teams, ensuring best practices, schedules, and budgets are maintained.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or military experience OR 5 years’ experience managing telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Project.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday with after-hours possible depending on project.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination of structured cabling projects.
• Communicating with customers and partners.
• Management of project budgets.
• Purchase order management.
• Coordination of Granite Subcontractors.
• Assembling project deliverables.
• Project kickoff and close out calls with customers.
• Off hour and after hours work may be necessary depending on project.
• Some Travel.
