Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year accredited degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• FCCM certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Five years managing contracts/grants/projects over $5 million.
• Three years of government procurement experience in Florida.
• Strong knowledge of procurement statutes and telecommunications tech.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff within Contract Project Management.
• Establish contract management policies and monitor performance.
• Serve as liaison between DivTel and contractors for compliance and value.
• Identify service deficiencies and procure communications and IT services.
• Provide strategic guidance on contractual matters to leadership.
