Job summary

Aecon Group Inc. seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead telecom construction projects within a designated portfolio.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safe, on-time delivery while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction. Based in Idaho with travel as needed, you will partner with field operations, finance, procurement, and vendors to drive execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in utility contracting.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project coordination to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Establish targets, resources, and workload plans for successful delivery.
• Own budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
