Intuitive Surgical, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, seeks a Sr. Product Manager for the MP Systems Telecollaboration team.

This individual contributor role guides lifecycle across telecollaboration platforms and will travel outside the United States. You will partner with engineering, clinical, UX, regulatory, and commercial groups to translate user needs into requirements, drive the 5-year roadmap, and manage market introductions in OUS regions with targeted education and pricing

Qualifications

• Grounded Frame of Reference: learning about current Intuitive products, portfolio, and business processes.
• Global Market Needs: conduct global market research and consolidate global data sources to address gaps in market understanding.
• Requirements: build product requirements balancing feasibility, timeliness, and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering to translate user needs into design requirements.
• Develop prioritized roadmap based on market prep and early learnings.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to address user experience and regulatory needs.
• Directly manage market introduction of Telecollaboration platforms into OUS markets with education and collateral development.

Education

Minimum 4 years in a medical device role with 8+ years cumulative professional experience
