The role focuses on SIGINT analysis across ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, and COMEXT, refining system requirements aligned with stakeholder needs, and developing training materials. Applicants should bring extensive experience with legacy TechSIGINT applications and demonstrate capability to collaborate with software developers, systems engineers, and test teams to deliver high-quality software
Qualifications
- Fifteen (15) years of TechSIGINT analysis experience in ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA or COMEXT.
- A Bachelor's degree may be substituted for four years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software development, systems engineering, and test teams to provide SIGINT analysis as applications are refined.
- Lead and participate in refining requirements, providing design insights, and testing developed applications.
- Work with SMEs to train and assist in developing training materials and outreach activities.
- Experience with legacy TechSIGINT applications (e.g., MARTES, CATS, DEL, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, ESP) is preferred.
