Job summary

Twenty‑Six Defense is seeking a Senior Transition of Technology (ToT) Analyst to lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise ToT processes. You will manage complex workstreams, optimize governance, and ensure data integrity across ToT environments.

Key duties include architecting ToT master workbooks, standardizing data templates, and coordinating with engineering, programs, and operations to drive transition initiatives and training content for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business Process Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to independently manage complex workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, maintain, and automate advanced ToT master workbooks to enhance data efficiency and reliability.
• Standardize, update, and curate enterprise ToT workbooks, capability matrices, and deployment templates.
• Author, formalize, and implement ToT governance procedures.
• Lead workstreams within pilot programs and coordinate with cross‑functional partners.
• Facilitate collaboration across Engineering, Programs, Operations, and other enterprise groups.
