Qualifications

• Strong IP knowledge with in-house or outside counsel experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements across product lines.
• Support licensing out-licensing and IP terms such as usage rights, warranty, indemnity, and support provisions.
