Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years in product/portfolio value management, strategy, or FP&A with strong quantitative and facilitation skills.
• Prior experience in Technology Strategy development and financial planning.
• Ability to understand, frame, and facilitate solutions for various challenges in Technology Operations.
• Deep understanding of Enterprise Technology capabilities.

• Partners with executives, Product, and Finance to align roadmaps to value hypotheses and targets.

• Coaches leaders and teams on value storytelling and decision trade-offs.
• Supports development of Technology Strategy and long‑term financial plans.
• Independently develops executive presentations for Senior Executives.
• Leads various continuous improvement initiatives around strategic planning activities.

Overview

Defines and governs value frameworks that connect Tech investments to measurable business outcomes, guiding prioritization and benefits realization.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in‑person days at one of our core locations. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC and Quincy, MA.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

• Establishes value models, KPIs, and OKRs for products, services, and portfolios.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OKR systems, stage gate governance, and cost/benefit modeling.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $108,880–$163,320

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $125,200–$187,800
