Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Controls & Compliance Sr Analyst to join the Technology Risk & Governance team. You will support a strong regulatory compliance program and help strengthen the framework for IT controls across the enterprise.

Collaborating with IT and business teams, you will design and operate IT General Controls, drive risk mitigation, and deliver dashboards for executive management. A background in information security, auditing, and data analytics (Python) is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in information security and audit.
• Data analytics and programming experience (Python).
• Familiar with regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
• Security certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, GIAC) desired.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience in a global retail/hospitality environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of Information Security Risk and Compliance governance.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with application teams to understand processes for control design.
• Design IT General Controls (ITGCs) to meet regulatory requirements.
• Verify and validate ITGC operations for design effectiveness.
• Maintain controls documentation and create new documentation as needed.
• Identify automation opportunities to proactively validate compliance.
• Support reviews and updates to information security policies with IT, Legal, Auditing.
• Provide input into risk mitigation strategies and programs.
• Support IT risk, audit, and compliance reporting via dashboards for executives.
• Share knowledge with control owners to improve control design.
