Job summary

Capital One's Enterprise Services Risk Operations (ESRO) seeks a Senior Associate to apply risk management within the Technology organization. You will partner with Enterprise Services, Divisional CIO, and Information Security to develop and support risk solutions that enable innovation while protecting customers and associates.

You will design and execute test plans, identify control gaps, and document findings for effective risk management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in analysis
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field as specified
• Strong test planning and documentation skills
