Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) is seeking a Technology Protection Engineer III to support the ARTPC program for DoD/IC missions. The role focuses on RTP and protecting critical technologies, briefing government stakeholders, and working on-site in Aberdeen, MD or Metro Park, VA.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s in engineering, 8+ years in engineering, and exceptional written and presentation skills to brief senior decision-makers. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in an engineering role.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills -- this role requires briefing senior decision-makers.
• Army or DoD program acquisition experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside security specialists to provide engineering and technical insights and functional decompositions of the Army's most sensitive technologies.
• Providing support to Government Program Managers and Senior Engineers to influence proper identification of CPI, CC, CUI, and CTI.
• Providing recommendations to Government Security Officers and delivering findings to support the Government in its development of effective Program Protection Plans.
• Ensuring Program Protection Plans are satisfactorily implemented at Government as well as defense contractor facilities where CPI resides.
