Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years IT project management experience.
• 7 years leading professionals and professional teams on multiple large projects.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements policies, systems, and controls for enterprise program management and metrics.
• Develops and maintains standards for collection and reporting of team financials and metrics.
• Governs technology process documentation and metrics for internal and external audit and regulatory purposes.
• Provides visibility into delivery performance of department initiatives, SLAs, and other program metrics.
• Coordinates regular team and leadership meetings, strategy sessions, and training.
• Uses independent judgment to make decisions and resolves problems.
• May manage talent functions including employment, performance evaluations, staff development, or succession planning.
