Flagstar Bank in Troy, MI is seeking a Technology Program Manager Sr to lead the project management life cycle and SDLC for large-scale IT initiatives. You will plan, analyze, execute, and deliver complex programs, and drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires 10 years of IT project management experience, strong leadership, PMP/ITIL preferred, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• 7+ years leading professionals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements policies, system monitors, and controls to ensure and operationalize the successful management and reporting of enterprise programs and metrics.
• Develops, implements, and maintains standards and processes for the collection and reporting of team financials and metrics.
• Collects, develops, analyzes, and governs technology process documentation and metrics for internal and external audit and regulatory purposes.
• Provides visibility into delivery performance of department initiatives, SLAs, and other program metrics.
• Coordinates and facilitates regular team and leadership meetings, strategy sessions, and training.
• Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions.
• Analyses and resolves problems.
• May be responsible for talent management functions including: employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, disciplinary actions, succession planning and ensuring all staff comply with compliance requirements.
• ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
• Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings.
• Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
