Ideal candidates bring 7–8 years of program management experience, deep knowledge of Jira and Release Train Engineering, and a track record of complex enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business Finance or related field.
• 7–8 years of project/program management experience in large-scale technology initiatives.
• 2–3 years in Financial Services, Banking or FinTech preferred.
• Experience with SAFe, RTE responsibilities, Jira/Confluence and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex, high-visibility technology programs from initiation to stabilization.
• Develop integrated project plans, budgets, schedules, risks and resource allocations.
• Facilitate PI Planning and manage dependencies in Agile environments.
• Provide executive-level status updates and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors and security teams.
