Job summary

Covista is seeking a Senior Technology Product Owner to define portfolio vision and drive backlog planning and delivery of features that support strategic goals. You will coach Product Owners, decompose initiatives, and align roadmaps with key stakeholders to maximize value for students and colleagues.

You will partner with architecture, engineering, and service management to maintain scalable, reliable products while guiding cross-functional teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Nine (9) plus years of Product Management/Product Ownership/Technical Business Analyst experience in Agile, SaaS Technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with Technology Product Owners, Digital Product Managers and peers to finalize short, mid and long term roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to balance roadmaps for scalable, user-friendly, performant products.
• Define metrics and value post-delivery and propose improvements for retrospectives.
• Nurture relationships across senior colleagues to align business outcomes with roadmaps and technology solutions.
• Facilitate business process mapping and product mapping to enhance student and colleague experiences and enable growth.
