Job summary

DePuy Synthes is seeking a Technology Sr Mgr, Labeling Product Owner, to define and deliver the labeling system product for a compliant, scalable labeling operation across the manufacturing and distribution network.

The role partners with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and IT to translate business needs into a clear technology roadmap and lead end-to-end delivery, with global impact and strong emphasis on data integrity and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive IT product management experience in labeling or supply chain tech.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive labeling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to supply chain priorities.
• Lead end-to-end labeling solution delivery including design, build, test, deployment, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and IT to ensure GMP and data integrity.
