Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit is seeking a Technology Sr Mgr, Labeling Product Owner, to define and deliver the Labeling System product across select U.S. locations, including Warsaw, IN.

You will drive the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for compliant labeling operations. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and IT to translate business needs into a technology roadmap and to ensure GMP, data integrity, and audit readiness across the network.

Formación

• 6–8 years in IT product management or related roles.
• Experience with labeling systems in regulated manufacturing environments (medical devices/pharmaceuticals).
• Strong understanding of labeling and content mgmt processes and data flows across ERP, PLM, and data mgmt layers.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and enterprise-scale programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across IT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality.

Responsabilidades

• Own labeling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to Supply Chain and manufacturing priorities.
• Act as primary product owner for labeling platforms, translating requirements into backlogs and delivery plans.
• Lead end-to-end labeling solution delivery (design, build, test, deploy) with quality/compliance.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure GMP, data integrity, and audit readiness.
• Manage vendor and system integrator relationships, including scope and budgets.
• Establish KPIs to measure value realization and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across global sites.
