Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technology Sr Mgr, Labeling Product Owner, to define and deliver a comprehensive labeling system across DePuy Synthes. Location flexibility includes NJ, MA, PA, FL, IN with cross‑functional collaboration spanning Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT.

The role requires 6–8 years in IT product management within regulated manufacturing, strong data integration knowledge, and leadership to guide teams through complex digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (required).
• Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in IT product management, Labeling systems, or supply chain technology roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Labeling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to Supply Chain and manufacturing and distribution business priorities.
• Act as the primary product owner for Labeling platforms, translating business requirements into backlogs and delivery plans.
• Lead end‑to‑end Labeling solution delivery, including design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure Labeling solutions support GMP and data integrity.
• Manage vendor and system integrator relationships, including scope definition and financial oversight.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs to measure value realization and system performance.
• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team for global rollout and support.
