You will drive AI/ML integration, solution design, and technical leadership to align with business objectives. You will mentor peers, promote engineering standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical outcomes while maintaining quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field and 3 years’ software engineering experience.
• Option 2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area with accessibility knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
• Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Assist in converting high-level designs into detailed, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with platform objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor application performance and support CI and delivery practices.
• Mentor peers, share knowledge, and promote engineering best practices for continuous improvement.
