Qualifications

• University degree and professional designation with 10+ years of experience.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or ITIL are preferred.
• Deep knowledge of global tech and cyber standards and regulatory expectations.
• Experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessments and KRIs.

Responsibilities

• Own US technology and cyber risk oversight and develop the second-line program.
• Challenge risk policies, standards, and governing directives.
• Apply expertise to challenge RCSAs and establish KRIs with first line.
• Report quarterly on risk profiles to committees and support annual risk reporting.
• Lead the US risk program and drive continuous improvement and cross-team alignment.
