Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Principal Technology Business Management Analyst to lead TBM governance, financial management, and value realization across technology and transformation programs.

You will partner with executive leadership to ensure investments align with priorities, provide dashboards, and drive cost transparency and accountability. Strong collaboration with Finance and IT is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Ten or more years of progressive experience in Technology Business Management or related fields.
• Experience with governance, investment management, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TBM governance framework and operating model.
• Provide executive-level insights into cost, value, and performance of investments.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership and governance councils.
• Partner with Finance and Technology leaders to ensure funding and cost transparency.
• Oversee portfolio performance, benefits realization, and ROI measurements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field
