Sanford Health is seeking a Principal TBM Analyst to lead enterprise technology financial management, governance, and value realization across Technology Solutions, Digital, Data & Analytics, and AI initiatives.

You will establish standards, drive cost transparency, and partner with executive leadership to ensure investments deliver measurable business outcomes and strong ROIs with clear accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in Technology Business Management, financial management, or related.
• Experience leading enterprise governance, investment management, portfolio oversight, or value realization.
• Strong understanding of tech cost structures, cloud, AI investments, and financial planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise TBM and IT Financial Management strategy, governance, and operating model.
• Develop methodologies to improve cost transparency, investment accountability and value realization.
• Partner with Finance and Technology leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Establish governance for AI financial management, cloud optimization, and chargeback models.
• Deliver executive dashboards, metrics and reports for investment performance and ROI.
• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure investments align with strategy and provide measurable value.
