TD is seeking an Audit Manager II in New York to guide planning, risk assessment, and execution of complex audits. You will lead audits, mentor staff, and ensure alignment with risk frameworks across the function.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Must-Have Skills include Technology Audit and hands-on audit execution.
• Experience in cybersecurity, IAM, information security, and governance.
• Auditor-in-Charge or project leadership experience preferred.
• CISA preferred; willing to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or supervise complex audits and provide direction to team members.
• Contribute to planning, risk assessment, and execution of audits.
• Develop and review Audit Planning Memorandums, pRCMs, Findings Grids and Audit Reports.
