Job summary

Infosys BPM seeks a Senior Technology Architect to lead enterprise architecture, solution design, and large-scale technology transformations across AI, data, cloud, and enterprise platforms. You will partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients to translate complex challenges into scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related discipline.
• 12–18 years of experience as related to the job description.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale software implementation and digital transformation programs.
• Hands‑on expertise in: Java, J2EE.
• Experience designing and implementing Microservices‑based architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka, API Management, Oracle DB, MongoDB, ETL, Node.js, Angular, Drools, JBPM, and Enterprise Workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture frameworks and technology roadmaps.
• Align technology strategy with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture and implementation initiatives.
• Drive all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Create high‑level and detailed architecture designs for complex enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and architecture teams.
• Ensure quality, scalability, performance, and security of delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.
• Mentor architects, developers, analysts, and engineering teams.
• Drive adoption of reusable frameworks, assets, and architectural best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
