Job summary

Infosys seeks an Architecture Principal to lead enterprise AI and digital transformation initiatives across large accounts in the US. You will define reference architectures, build modernization roadmaps, and drive scalable, secure platforms.

Strong CXO engagement and leadership of cross-functional teams are essential. You will guide architects, ensure alignment with TOGAF/Zachman frameworks, and contribute to client proposals and GTM assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; relocation/travel may be needed.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale AI and digital transformation programs.
• Proven ability to influence CXOs and drive architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide AI and digital transformation initiatives for large accounts.
• Define reusable architectural frameworks and reference architectures.
• Build and evangelize modernization roadmaps and platform foundations.
• Coach architects, manage risk, and ensure architectural quality across programs.
