Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Senior Technologist in the Strategic Technology Group (STG) to design scalable architectures, develop reusable assets, and mentor teams on high-quality, defect-free delivery.

You will lead efforts in cloud-native architectures, data engineering, and AI-enabled solutions, including LangGraph/LangChain frameworks, PoCs, and complex multi-technology deployments across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Scala or Python or Spark or Hadoop application development.
• End-to-end implementation of projects using Cloudera Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HBase, Sqoop, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Experience in AI-Powered Intelligent Data Integration & Transformation and AI-powered data lakes.
• Proven experience architecting Snowflake, Azure, and Google Big Data platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, data integration, and analytics workflows.
• Experience in categorizing, cataloging, cleansing and normalizing datasets.
• Hands-on experience with platform monitoring, automation, and DevOps tools.
• Experience in managing hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Technical ability to build bespoke AI agents using Python and LangGraph/LangChain.
• Build AI-assisted workflows and structured outputs, prompt pipelines, and safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project requirements and deliver production-ready code and design patterns.
• Design frameworks for complex scenarios and reusable assets with reviews.
• Deliver high-quality code across applications, databases, and integrations.
• Optimize code, debug routines, and develop reusable components.
• Collaborate with teams to align goals and technology implementations.
• Provide technical guidance to peers and maintain delivery quality.
• Identify PoCs for emerging technologies and deliver timely solutions.
• Contribute inputs for multi-technology and multi-language deployments.
• Ensure QoS alignment with KPIs and high-quality service.
• Create reusable assets and defect-free code to meet quality benchmarks.
