The incumbent will be responsible for:

1. Handling callbacks
2. Managing breakdowns
3. Troubleshooting
4. Code maintenance
5. Customer service
6. Order completion (T and S Orders)
7. Conducting surveys

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Engineering
• 4–6 years of experience in elevator service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Assertive, proactive, result-oriented, and a self-starter
• Ability and confidence to handle high-profile key customers
