Job summary

Teledyne Microwave Solutions is seeking a Technician on the Day Shift to perform chem-film and coating processes, analyze test results, and ensure strict quality compliance. You will handle diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers and operate under ISO/AS9100 guidelines while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requires a vocational/technical certificate and 5–10 years of related experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

• Experience with chem-film and conformal coating processes.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform chem-film (alodyne) processes on metal surfaces.
• Apply conformal coating on PCBs and conduct solvent tests.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot process issues.
• Work with chemicals, cleaning agents, microscopes, and precision tools.
• Review work instructions and drawings to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Set up and conduct tests on components and assemblies under operational conditions.
• Record test procedures, results, and recommend improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain quality standards.
