Your Key Responsibilities

• Operate standard maintenance tools including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and preventive maintenance technology tools.
• Demonstrate experience in maintenance trades such as low voltage electrical (240V and less), PLC, welding, pipefitting, fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, valves, mechanical maintenance, steam systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance, documenting work and conditions in a CMMS system, and collaborating with peers and management for continuous improvement.
• Operate forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts according to standard procedures.
• Adhere to all safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
• Ensure compliance with management systems including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and FSSC 22000, and promote these policies throughout the organization.

You Bring

• High School Diploma and Trade School Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of mechanical or electrical maintenance experience in the food industry, with electrical skills.
• Maintenance/Industrial certification.
• Experience reading blueprints and manuals.
• Class II Stationary Engineering License (a plus).
• PLC programming and welding experience (a plus).
