Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Technician II - Electrician/Locksmith for the 2nd shift to maintain and repair electrical systems throughout the property. The ideal candidate has strong experience, ability to read wiring diagrams, and a calm, safety-focused approach.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing lighting and electrical systems, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with teams while providing excellent service to guests and staff; weekend/evening availability

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Maintenance Technician or Service Electrician.
• Advanced knowledge of lighting systems, wiring diagrams, electrical systems, electrical equipment, and materials used for these applications.
• Familiarity with power tools used in electrical work.
• Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, climb ladders, and work in high areas.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Professional manner with English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and repair tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Install, repair, and maintain lighting systems, electrical systems, and electrical equipment.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and schematics to ensure accurate installation and repair.
• Test continuity of electrical systems to identify and resolve faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks.
