Responsibilities include:

1. Communicating regularly with HVAC management and technicians to ensure effective task execution.
2. Maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment and mechanical components to OEM specifications, including valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters, and lubrication.
3. Monitoring, servicing, installing, repairing, and replacing refrigeration systems such as split systems, chillers, and packaged units.
4. Training and supervising JR HVAC Technicians to ensure proper function execution.
5. Inspecting equipment rooms periodically, identifying and repairing potential issues, and maintaining cleanliness.
6. Reviewing HVAC system operations to minimize downtime, troubleshoot problems, and identify improvements.
7. Initiating projects to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs under management guidance.
8. Tracking and analyzing maintenance parameters like asset utilization, costs, and compliance.
9. Assisting in maintaining safety, health, and environmental policies.
10. Performing other duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and a Universal EPA Certificate.
