Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in maintenance or 7 years' experience in trades such as plumbing, electrical, or material handling
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to pass MVR
• 1 year of experience with intermediate software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

What You’ll Do

Preferred Qualifications
