Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Walmart is hiring General Maintenance Technicians! You will make an impact by diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on all commercial equipment to support our Walmart stores. Responsibilities include developing preventative maintenance schedules, completing assigned PMs within the timeframe, and training Store Associates on equipment care and cleaning.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience in maintenance
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
• 1 year of experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, food equipment)
• Complete routine maintenance to ensure safety and proper functionality
• Manage work orders and maintenance schedules, completing and documenting required information

You’ll excel if you:

• Have previous maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)

The hourly wage range is $21.00-$40.00, with potential premiums based on schedule, facility, or work performed.

Minimum Qualifications...
