Position Summary... What you'll do... Members respond promptly to operational needs and collaborate effectively to maintain safe, efficient environments for associates and customers. Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC/R systems, including ductwork, control panels, and refrigeration units. Lead diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues to ensure optimal system performance. Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and minimize downtime. Manage refrigerant handling and compliance with OSHA, EPA, and HVAC/R codes. Coordinate and mentor field teams, providing hands‑on training and evaluating skill development. Maintain parts inventory, vendor relationships, and service schedules to meet business priorities. Participate in on‑call rotation to support critical operational needs outside regular hours.

The hourly wage range for this position is $35.00 - $70.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
