Job summary

LOF-Xpress™ Oil Change in Waukee, IA is hiring full-time automotive technicians to perform oil changes, inspections, and preventative maintenance with a focus on quality and customer service.

The role offers $18.00–$24.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, family-owned shop serving the Des Moines Metro. Benefits include Paid Time Off, 401(k) retirement, and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven work experience within the automotive/quick lube industry.
• Retail and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Education - High school diploma, minimum.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Experience

• Extensive knowledge of vehicles, required services, tools, etc.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptable to various positions (i.e. cashier, automotive tech, leadership)
