Job summary

LOF-Xpress™ Oil Change in Ames, IA, is hiring for a full-time role in a fast-paced shop, offering opportunities to work on a variety of automotive maintenance tasks and learning pathways within our local, family-owned business.

You will leverage your 2+ years in automotive/quick lube, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with computers to assist customers, schedule work, and support leadership in delivering reliable oil changes and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven work experience within the automotive/quick lube industry.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and technology.
• Education - High school diploma, minimum.
• Extensive knowledge of vehicles, required services, tools, etc.
