The Express / Lube Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of vehicles by performing routine oil changes, lubrication, and other preventive maintenance services. This position is essential for maintaining vehicle performance, safety, and longevity, directly impacting customer satisfaction and retention. The technician will work in a fast-paced environment, providing quick yet thorough service to meet customer expectations while adhering to safety and quality standards. They will also be responsible for identifying potential mechanical issues and communicating them to service advisors for further inspection or repair. Ultimately, this role supports the overall service department by contributing to smooth operations and fostering a positive customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various physical positions for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Express / Lube Technician or in a similar automotive service role.
