Job summary

Corwin Ford of Nampa is hiring Quick Lube Technicians. This is an entry-level opportunity with training and certification provided.

You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, and light maintenance while joining a team with a strong volume of work. We offer paid training to help you become Ford Certified, competitive pay of $16–$20 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, vacation time, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• A good work ethic is required.
• Quick Lube Tech / Auto Maintenance experience preferred
• Previous mechanic training or schooling preferred
• Working knowledge of automotive shop equipment
• Energetic with a positive attitude
• Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Applicants must pass pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and tire rotations.
• Conduct light line maintenance and repairs.
• Change oil, grease bearings, replace filters, top off fluids, replace wipers/belts.
• Check tire pressure and rotate, mount and balance tires.
• Keep shop area neat and clean and account for tools.
• Perform multi-point inspection of vehicles including fluids, battery, brakes, belts, tires, etc.

Our Service Department has a high volume of business, and you'll always have plenty of work! This is an opportunity to start a rewarding career at a great place to work.Shop experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with general mechanical knowledge!

We welcome Technicians from other brands and industries such as: Firestone, Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube, Midas, Valvoline, etc.
