Job summary

Qualifications

Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience as a Technical Writer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
A Master's degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to six (6) years of experience.
Four (4) years of additional Technical Writer experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Update all of our operations documents, and update/develop follow-on acquisition documentation
Be advanced and experienced with a possible acquisition background to understand the terminology, have excellent writing skills
Be proactive, organized, a good editor, and understand customer's 'inside terminology' so that they can work independently
